Box tops can be turned in by students until May 17th. This gives us easy money for our school, so turn them into your 8th period teacher….don’t forget to put your name on the bag so you can get rewarded for turning them in

Summer American Legion Baseball sign-ups will be held at Adventure Plaza in Middleton on April 27th from 7:30-9:00 pm.  To be eligible, players will need to have been born in 2003 or later.  Players will need their ORIGINAL birth certificate at time of sign up.  Cost is $370.

Students trying their best during ISATs receive a golden tickets from the proctors. Three tests - three tickets get you a snowcone.  Only golden tickets can be used to purchase a snow cone but if you don't want snow cones, you can use your golden tickets like Victory Tickets any way you want... Go Vikes!

WOW - you guys are so talented!! The MMS Talent Show tryouts are over and you're probably wondering, :When do I find out if I made it?"

Tomorrow morning (Wednesday the 13th) finalist list will be posted on the Choir room door and across from the main office. The acts that made it into the show will receive a note from Mr. Thompson that will give them directions. Make sure to read your directions carefully!!

Dear Parents,

 

I am excited to announce that Middleton Middle School's Washington DC & New York trip is scheduled for June 12-17, 2017. Through this trip students learn about history and government first hand. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will inspire your child to think about the future, pursue goals, and create lifelong memories.

 

This is a trip that your child will be talking about for years to come!

 

On this educational adventure, students will explore some of America’s most dynamic cities and experience incomparable learning moments like:

• Seeing the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Top of the Rock and Times Square
• Visiting the 9/11 National Memorial at the World Trade Center site, dedicated to those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001
• Attending a Yankee’s baseball game and a broadway performance
• Finding inspiration from the heroes honored at D.C.’s war memorials and Arlington National Cemetery
• Being taken back in time to President Washington’s home and plantation at Mount Vernon.

 

If you are interested in learning more, there will be an informational meeting on Monday, April 11, 2016, at 6:30 pm in the MMS Library.
